Cancellation policy
Any changes likes cancelation or schedules change make for the passanger should be requested at least 72 hours before the trip.
No-show:
The passanger does not refound the ticket value.
Trip Rescheduling:
The passanger should be requested at least 72 hours before the trip. The passanger has to pay R$90, it is an administration tax. The tax value is per person and trip. The changes could be done according the company’s schedules.
Refound:
When the passanger requests the cancellation with more than 72 hours before the check-in, the company refound 80% of the ticket.
Addey Air-taxi Salvador - Morro de São Paulo
The airplane leaves from Salvador International Airport to Morro de São Paulo airstrip. The trip lasts about 20 minutes from Salvador to Morro de São Paulo. Addey Company uses twin/single-engine planes. The passenger arrives in Fazenda Caeira, in the Third Beach (Terceira Praia) in Morro de São Paulo.

The luggage dimension can not be more than 120cm (20cm X 35cmX 65cm). If it is more, you have to pay R$ 6,50 per extra kilo.
The company uses small airplanes to provide the trip so it does not have enough space to carry on something big like surfboard, animals or baby’s trolley.
The company could change the schedule for weather reasons or airplane's troubles. In these cases, the company is going to provide other transfer way or to get back the money according to ANAC nº 141/2010 .
The airplane could do an additional stop in Boipeba.
The passenger has to check-in one hour before the departure's time.
The passanger has to show an official document with photo.
