Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

on 27 Jan 2012 The pilot opened the door of the aircraft just as we touched down! This was quite scary as other passengers also loked at each other in surprise when he did this. He also seemed to let a customer fly the plane! I was definitely not happy with this (i.e. the flight back from Morro DSP > Salvador)

on 11 Jan 2012 Our departure from Salvador to Morro de Sao Paulo was delayed by 1 hour for no apparent reason. We do not speak Portuguese and we were not kept informed sufficiently to make us feel secure.
The return flight was on time and very enjoyable.

on 15 Mar 2011 Pilot was friendly and experienced and flight was very pleasant. Airplanes looked a bit old and maintenance seemed questionable which is never good for an airplane.
