Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

My 2pm flight suddenly became a 1230 flight as I arrived with plenty of time for a check-in at Salvador Airport. I was rushed onto the plane without giving me a chance to ask why there was no 2pm flight as my transfer at the other end was booked for 2pm. This complicated my pre-arranged plans. Staff did not explain what was happening clearly.

To use the air-taxi it was the best decision to go to Morro de são Paulo.
