Alba`s House

This is Alba's family summerhouse. When they are not using it they rent their house to tourists and sometimes to people who want to live on the island for a while. It's a large house, with 6 rooms, across from First Beach. The big balcony has an excellent view of the ocean and the beach. 2 of the rooms also have a view of the sea and a private balcony with hammocks. It's an excellent place to stay if you're planning to come with your family or friends.

The only restriction is that you can't throw parties while you're there, since it's a residential area. Aside from that, you will be very close to anywhere on the island, you can reach the farthest point in any direction in a 10-minute walk. By night, it's a quiet place.

A fee of 50,00 BLR will be charged separately for the cleaning.

Alba's house is complete with fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and TV, a dining room with table for 8 people and 2 bathrooms with electric shower.

A fee of 50,00 BLR will be charged for the cleaning, which will be made in the last day.

Late check out policy:
Late check-out is subject to house's availability.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be requested until 30 days before check-in (in January and February) and until 15 days before check-in (from March to December).

• In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges. (Paying the difference of rates' adjustments, if there is any)
• In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged

For cancellation requested in less than these periods and no-shows, the total value of the booking will be charged.

This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays.
