The Casa da Pracinha has a great location, in the middle of the village and at about few minutes from the main beaches in the island. It is one of the most traditional houses in Velha Boipeba, and had even been a ballroom and a restaurant before.
The house is simple and fully equipped, in order to provide the guests the sensation of being at home. The Casa da Pracinha is a loft style with capacity for up to 6 people. It counts on a balcony facing the street and a lovely garden with native trees, where there is an area to have meal or relax.

The Casa da Pracinha counts on a complete kitchen and one bathroom with electric shower.
Power, water and the gas for the stove are included in the daily rate. Towels and bed linen are also included and they are changed every week.
Cleaning, when requested, is charged separately at the moment of the booking request (BLR 20,00 per cleaning).

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be requested until 30 days before check-in (in January and February) and until 15 days before check-in (from March to December).
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges (Paying the difference of rates' adjustments, if there is any)
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged
For cancellation requested in less than these periods and no-shows, the total value of the booking will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays.
