The Caeira Farm's area goes for almost two kilometres from the Third Beach to the middle of the Fourth Beach. The guesthouse was established around thirty years ago, when an Italian family came to Brazil and became fascinated with the place. Obviously, they still live here!
The Caeira Farm is perfect for those looking for ample spaces, the comfort of a farm and the simple joy of staying close to the ocean. Not without comfort, of course. Our rooms are very well-equipped. At the same time, it is close to the village, allowing you to walk there whenever you want.

- Up to one hour - 50% of the day's rate will be charged.
- More than one hour - a full day's rate will be charged.
Children policy:
Free accommodation will be provided for one child up to five years old, staying in the parents' room.

Check out time: 12:00
Cancellations can be requested until 32 days before check-in.
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges (paying the difference of rates' adjustments, if there is any)
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged
For cancellation requested in less than 32 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged
This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays and special packages.
