The bungalows are relatively roomy with clean decor. All have a private verandah with a hammock.
During the following periods bookings must be for a minimum of: - 3 nights for Brazil's Independence Day (September 7th to 10th 2012); - 3 nights for Our Lady Aparecida Bank Holiday (October 12th to 15th 2012); - 3 nights for All Saints (November 2nd to 5th 2012); - 3 nights for National Holiday (November 15th to 18th 2012).
Cancellations can be requested until 5 days before check-in.
In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges (Paying the difference of rates' adjustments, if there is any)
In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged
For cancellation requested in less than 5 days before check-in and no-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged
This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays' packages.

Free of charge for 2 children up to 5 years old staying in parents' room.
