This is a very pleasant budget guesthouse, just across from the First Beach. It is a "foot-in-the-sand" type of guesthouse. From here you can quickly get to any other point, such as the village or Second Beach, and by night it's usually very quiet. In spite of being simple, the rooms offer a good comfort level: all have air conditioning, TV and mini-bar. The guesthouse is not very big - there are only 6 rooms, but the place is nice, with a lot of plants and a marine decoration. It looks somewhat like a family beach house. In front of the beach there's a small kiosk, excellent for watching the day's last sun rays. Only one of the rooms - which is also bigger and a little more expensive - has an ocean view.

Check-out can be extended up to two hours, if the room is not booked for use on the same day.
For check out after 16.00, a full day's rate will be charged.
Free accommodation will be provided for children up to five years of age, staying in the parents' room.
Cancellations can be requested until 12 days before check-in.
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges (Paying the difference of rates' adjustments, if there is any)
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged
For cancellation requested in less than 12 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays and special packages.

Booking should be for a minimum 3 nights during the following periods:
- April 1st to 3rd, 2010 - (Holy Week)
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Cash, Bank Deposit (just if you are in Brazil)
