This guesthouse is managed by a couple, Laura and Neni, who came from southern Brazil ten years ago and since then have lived on the island. The guesthouse is the result of a love story... but, besides that, it's a simple accommodation option, but very clean, with some decoration, and, most important, very close to the ocean and with a good view. To get to the First Beach it's necessary just to cross the street, it's less than a minute walk! Not all the rooms have an ocean view, but some of them, and the common area do. By staying at this guesthouse you will be very close to some of the most important spots in Morro de São Paulo and in a quiet place by night.

Late check out policy:

There is an additional supplement for the facility of late check out.

• Up to one hour - 50% of the day's rate will be charged.
• More than one hour - a full day's rate will be charged.

Policy on children staying with parents:

Free accommodation will be provided for children up to five years of age, staying in the parents' room.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be requested until 31 days before check-in.

• In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges (Paying the difference of rates' adjustments, if there is any)
• In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged

For cancellation requested in less than 31 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.

This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays and special packages.

• April 1st to 3rd, 2010 - (Holy Week)
• June 3rd to 5th, 2010 - (Corpus Christi)
• September 4th to 6th, 2010 - (Brazil's Independence Day)
• October 9th to 11th, 2010 - (Our Lady Aparecida)
• October 30th to November 1st, 2010 - (Deceased Day)
• November 12th to 14th, 2010 - (National Holiday)
