This hotel is an excellent choice, considering the facilities, comfort of the rooms and location. The facilities are complete, with a great pool, poolside bar, restaurant, tennis court, etc. The rooms are large, comfortable, and, more importantly, well maintained. As for its location, it faces Third and Fourth beaches and is close enough to reach the partying spots and busiest places in just a few minutes' walk. It is just far enough to be a very quiet place, as is all of Fourth Beach, even during high season. At night, the hotel offers free shuttle service to Second Beach. This combination of features is the reason why Villa dos Corais is considered by many to be the best hotel on the island.

- In case of cancellation made 7 to 14 days prior to the check-in date, there will be a 75% charge, based on the sum deposited.
- In case of cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date, the full sum deposited will be forfeited.
- There is no refund in case of early check-out
