The Carnival in Gamboa Village has become one of the most traditional festivities of Tinharé Island. Every year the small village which is located next to Morro de Sao Paulo receives visitors and residents of other nearby villages such as Boipeba, Galleon, Garapuá, Valença and even from Salvador. In the main street it will be a "trio", followed by a crowd where the animation is complete. The revelry continues until the last day of Carnival with techno music and band presentations.
