This hotel is situated on the most crowded place on the island, the Second Beach. It has some of the best apartments in Morro de São Paulo.
All the rooms come with an ocean view and a balcony. The apartments have acoustic insulation, but when the parties are being held too close by, some noise gets filtered in.
The apartments come in two sizes - one that is perfect for a couple or at best three people, and the other that can accommodate up to four people. All the apartments have a mini kitchen, are very well done up and very comfortable.
Room service is available only during the day. There is no receptionist. There is wireless internet in all rooms, with the 2 first hours free of charge.

The hotel has wi-fi in all rooms; the first two hours can be used for free. Prices after two hours are available from reception.
In partnership with the Ponta da Ilha restaurant, the hotel also offers its guests free use of tables, parasols and beach chairs facing the sea.

Policies and Other Information
The rules for cancellation are as follows
- In case of cancellations made 31 days prior to the check-in date - 90% of the deposit will be refunded.
- In case of cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to the check-in date - 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
- In case of cancellations made 20 days or less prior to the check-in date - 0 to 80% of the deposit may be refunded.
- In case of No-show, there will be no refund.
- Credit card taxes and bank deposit costs will be charged to the traveller and will not be included in the refund amount.
- These conditions are not valid for Carnaval, Easter and New Year's package.
Late check-out policy:
There is an additional supplement for late check out.
- Up to one hour - 50% of the day's rate will be charged.
- More than one hour - a full day's rate will be charged.
Children policy:
Free accommodation will be provided for one child up to five years old, staying in the parents' room.
