Patachocas is the largest resort in Morro de São Paulo. Its 52 apartments are distributed 26 bungalows. The advantage of this arrangement is that they can be adjoined for larger groups, a nice choice for families, since each apartment is recommended for no more than two adults. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. This resort's highlight is the waterpark, which covers about 1500 square meters, with an island, waterfall, wet deck, and poolside bar. Patachocas is halfway along Fourth Beach, which is very calm, even during high season. Transportation - included in the rate - takes you to Second Beach several times per day and night.
Facilities & Services
The Patachocas' swimming pool is 1,500 m² and has a modern style. It counts on a wet bar and was designed in order to offer better comfort to go in and out, through an artificial "little beach" and wet deck. This Morro de São Paulo hotel also provides towels for beach and swimming pool.
The Patachocas's Eco Resort offers nice space for kids, with playground and a "Doll's House".

Policies and Other Information
Cancellations can be requested until 31 days before check-in.
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges (paying the difference of rates' adjustments, if there is any)
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged
For cancellation requested in less than 31 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays and special packages.
Early check-out
- Low season: It will be charged the used days + 30% of the not used days in the booking
- High season and holiday packages: The total value of the booking will be charged in case of early check-out
Tourist that causes disturbance
- The tourist who causes riots or whose presence offers a risk to the health, or to physical or moral integrity of anyone in the hotel, will have its check-out forehanded, with no right to refunds related to the booking and to services used.
Late check-out policy:
The charges for late check-out are as follows:
- For late check-out between 12:00PM and 03.00PM, there is a supplement of R$ 90.00.
- For late check-out after 3.30PM, the current daily room rate will be charged.
Children policy:
- 2 infants up to 2 years old staying at parent's room are free of charge (during all seasons)
- 1 child from 3 to 7 years old staying at parent's room is free of charge (except during holiday packages)
- Over 12 years old is charged as an adult
