This is a very pleasant budget guesthouse, just across from the First Beach. It is a "foot-in-the-sand " type of guesthouse. From here you can quickly get to any other point, such as the village or Second Beach, and by night it's usually very quiet. In spite of being simple, the rooms offer a good comfort level: all have air conditioning, TV and mini-bar. The guesthouse is not very big - there are only 6 rooms, but the place is nice, with a lot of plants and a marine decoration. It looks somewhat like a family beach house. In front of the beach there's a small kiosk, excellent for watching the day's last sun rays. Only one of the rooms - which is also bigger and a little more expensive - has an ocean view.

Policies and Other Information
- Cancellations should be requested until 15 days before check-in with no extra tax, except New Year, Carnival, Carnival Hangover, and Holly Week. In these cases, the cancellations should be requested until 30 days before check-in.
- For cancellation requested in less than 15 days before check-in and No-shows: the guest has to pay 100% of the booking.
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges (paying the difference of rates' adjustments, if there is any). In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.
Late check-out policy:
Late check-out is not allowed if it is not requested previously.
Early check-in is not allowed if it is not requested previously.
If the early check-in and late check-out are allowed, the guest have not to pay any rate for the service.
Children policy:
Free accommodation will be provided for children up to five years of age, staying in the parents' room. If the child is five or more years old, he/she has to pay as adult.
