Each room has its own decoration theme, which include broach arts, culture, history, Brazilian regions and others. All were developed by the owners, in good taste.

During the following periods bookings must be for a minimum of:
- 4 nights for New Year *(December 28th 2011 to January 1st 2012);

- 3 nights for Carnival (February 17th to 22nd 2012);
- 3 nights for Carnival Hangover (February 22nd to 26th 2012);

- 4 nights for Brazil's Independence Day (September 5th to 9th 2012);
- 3 nights for Our Lady Aparecida Bank Holiday (October 11th to 14th 2012);
